Boys andamp; Girls Club Freaky Friday DanceThe Boys andamp; Girls Club of North Lake Tahoe announces the Teen Center will hold a Freaky Friday Halloween dance Oct. 21, 7:30-10:30 p.m. The Halloween Dance is $5 for members and $6 for non-members. The dance is open to seventh graders and up with a valid school ID.The Boys and Girls Club is a nonprofit organization that provides a safe environment for youth after school and helps all youth live up to their full potential at 8125 Steelhead Ave., Kings Beach. The fun starts at 9 p.m. at Jake's On The Lake: Dance party with Ryu, no cover charge, Jello shots, and 11 p.m. costume contest with prizes. At 10 p.m. Hacienda del Lago presents Jelly Bread live and Lakeside will feature two incredible house DJs, Micah J. and Joseph Lee. Bounce from bar to bar. Event tickets and raffle tickets are on sale now. Cost is $100 per person/event and $100/raffle. The raffle prizes include $15,000 grand prize, $5,000 second prize and $3,000 third prize. The Cadillac Ball is annual must attend event. Attire is elegantly spooky, dinner, a live band, live and silent auction will entertain the guests. The Cadillac Ball is the Rotary Club of Truckee's largest fundraiser and helps the club fund needs locally and globally. Get out the costumes and the face paint and creep over to Squaw Valley's Le Chamois Monday, Oct. 31, 2011 for the annual Halloween Costume andamp; Dance Party.Ghouls are encouraged to dress up in their most clever costumes and celebrate all-hallows eve with great music and a fun party. Tables will be cleared for dancing. Upstairs, the bar welcomes partygoers with beer, wine and sake for a howling good time.
