Every Wednesday morning, Sherry Walker from the chiropractic office of Dr. Anthony Naccarato delivers complimentary doughnuts to businesses at South Lake Tahoe.

The treats are Naccarato's way of showing his appreciation and saying thank you to the businesses for staying in town and taking care of the local people. He hopes to continue the project for at least five years.

"It is hard to keep a smile on your face and your doors open with all the hardships happening in our town," Naccarato said. "It makes the quality of life better and our community a better place to live to have such great business owners servicing our town."

You never know when Walker, who has become known throughout the community as the "Doughnut Dolly of Tahoe," will show up at your door, so have the coffee ready for a morning break.
