Wednesday's weather: Warming trend over the next few days

Continued breezy in the afternoons

Print Comment
A weak cool front moved across the Lake Tahoe area on Tuesday with partly cloudy skies and below normal temperatures.

Higher pressure aloft will bring mostly sunny skies and warmer daytime temperatures for the next few days. Highs today are forecast to reach the mid to upper 70s or near the seasonal normal for this date.

Look for southwest winds around 10 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Lows tonight are expected to drop into the lower to mid 40s with light winds.

Mostly sunny skies and a little warmer temperatures are on tap for Thursday. Highs on Thursday are projected to top out in the upper 70s to mid 80s around the lake.
