Bashaw, Sass wed at Tahoe

Beverly Bashaw and Austin Sass were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Sept. 6. The wedding was held at Cascade Beach at Lake Tahoe, Calif., with Minister James Coryea officiating.

Given in marriage by her son Denny, the bride selected an exquisite dress of eggshell organza and satin, carrying a beautiful bouquet of white lilies. A dinner and dance reception followed at the Ferguson Estate at Lake Tahoe.

The bride's daughter, Tiffany, served as maid of honor, and the bridesmaid was the groom's daughter, Kate Meredith. Conor Sass, son of the groom, served as the best man.

Beverly is a graduate of Maccesfield University in Cheshire, England, and is employed as parish secretary at St. Theresa. Austin is a graduate of the City University of New York and is employed by Vail Resorts as director of sales at Heavenly Mountain Resort. Both are Tahoe locals who plan to continue living and working here.
