The Lake Tahoe South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority will recognize and honor the achievements and impact of small business in our region at the Inaugural Blue Ribbon Awards on Nov. 6 at the Horizon Casino Resort.
The awards will highlight outstanding South Shore businesses and individuals who exemplify what it is to work together to improve the quality of life in our community and have made significant contributions to the sustainability of our community.
Nomination forms and ticket information are available at www.tahoechamber.org. Nominations will close this Friday; no late nominations will be accepted.
The awards fall into four categories:
Blue Experience Award will be given to the business that makes you feel special, welcomed and wanting to recommend and return.
Service Award will recognize an individual who consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
Entrepreneur Award will acknowledge a remarkable person or business.
Green Award will recognize a person or business that has made an effort to significantly improve and protect the environment.
