CHP: Two dead in accident at west shore Lake Tahoe

The California Highway Patrol is responding to a double fatality accident on the west shore of Lake Tahoe on Highway 89.

The head-on accident killed at least two people, said CHP spokesman Jeff Gardner. It happened at around 11 this morning.
