One of El Dorado County’s wine pioneers and Fair Play’s oldest winery will celebrate its 30th anniversary through Memorial Day weekend.
Fitzpatrick Winery and Lodge plans a weekend of activities May 22-25 with a celebration. The Fitzpatrick family, along with winemakers Brian and Diana Fitzpatrick, invite the public to visit one or all four days this Memorial Day weekend as the winery celebrates its 30th year.
The weekend kicks off with a musical wood-red oven pizza night on Friday. Music will be by folk rockers Anderson and Graham. On Saturday there will be a wine taster’s menu of tasty accompaniments to pair with wines that will be served.
On Sunday and Monday the festivities continue with more wine tasting and music.
