The California Tahoe Conservancy is accepting proposals for the Patton Landing concession at Carnelian Bay in North Lake Tahoe.
The objective of this RFP is to select a plan that will best enhance the visitors' beach-related recreation experience at this lakefront faculty under a five to 10-year concession contract. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. on Dec. 9.
Interested parties should contact Lisa O'Daly of the conservancy at (530) 543-6037. There will be a drop-in open house to view the faculty on Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the property, located at 5166/5188 North Lake Boulevard in Carnelian Bay.
