Green Party members help clean up Loon Lake

Green Party members and friends from South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County participated in an environmental clean-up project at Loon Lake on Sept. 11–13.

This is the third year in a row that the group hosted a clean-up project in a heavy-use area of the El Dorado National Forest.

The Green Party meets the third Wednesday of each month in the Aspen Room of the Lake Tahoe Community College library. The next meeting will be Nov. 18.
