SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — The City Council set a public hearing where they will discuss the possibility of creating a new redevelopment area centered around the “Y” for their regularly scheduled April 6 meeting. The council meets starting at 9 a.m. in City Council Chambers at the Lake Tahoe Airport, located at 1901 Airport Road.

The City Council voted to participate in a multi-agency planning process to look at the possibility of creating a long-discussed “Loop Road” around the Stateline casino corridor.
