The South Lake Tahoe Women's Center is looking for caring and compassionate volunteers to answer its crisis line. If you are a good listener and want to help people in our community through difficult situations in their lives, peer counselor opportunities are available.

To become a peer counselor, sign up for the crisis counseling course held from 5:15–7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays Aug. 24 through Oct. 13.
