Local author Jim Rix will be signing copies of his book, “Jingle Jangle: The Perfect Crime Turned Inside Out,” from noon to 4 p.m. today, Saturday and Sunday at the Carson City Costco, 700 Old Clear Creek Road.

The book chronicles the author's journey to prove the innocence of his cousin, Rat Krone, who was on death row.

After investigating the case, Rix's efforts led his cousin's freedom.
