LAKE TAHOE — The Pinnacle Real estate Group of Lake Tahoe welcomes the newest member of their professional real estate team, Barb Childs.
Childs has served as the 2009 President of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors, Education Committee Chair, California Association of Realtors Board of Directors and STAR's Realtor of the Year.
Childs said she is excited to become a part of the Pinnacle team.
“They are hard-working, yet have a wonderful sense of passion and fun, both with each other and with their clients,” she said. “There's a deep depth of knowledge about the attributes of our local community and real estate market with this group and they are very focused on the use of the latest technologies, are engaged with our national, state and local Realtor Associations, all which leads to exceeding a client's expectation for service and results.”
Beyond her real estate career Childs has been a Tahoe Resource Conservation District Board Member since 2006, which is a position appointed by the basin El Dorado County Commissioner. The TRCD finds government funding to support programs like the Backyard Conservation Program. This program educates and assists homeowners in implementation of their Best Management Practices as well as working with boat owners with the Invasive Species Program.
“Barb is one classy person with immense integrity and we are thrilled to have her join our team,” Broker/Owner Dana Benedict said.
