South Tahoe High's girls' tennis team ran its season record to 3-0 with a lopsided win over Carson on Tuesday.
The Vikings smashed the Senators 13-5 in South Lake Tahoe.
South Tahoe will travel to Fallon on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the STHS boys lost for the first time in three matches, dropping a 10-8 decision at Carson.
South Tahoe won six of the eight doubles matches but struggled in singles play. Kolton Van Pelt and Colton Marchesseault won all three of their doubles matches, as did Grant Jones and Gregory Baghdikian.
Phillip Gaston and Jack Percival picked up singles wins for the Vikings.
STHS (2-1) plays Fallon in its home opener at 3 p.m. Thursday.
