The South Lake Tahoe Senior center will host a potluck with entertainment tonight.
David Borges will present on the geographic development of the Sierra Nevada, including volcanoes, glaciers and tsunamis leading to the upheaval of the western United States. There will also be a celebration of Borges' birthday.
The Potluck begins at 5:30 p.m. “Not yo chili” with meat and cheese will be provided. Attendees should bring their own plate and utensils and a salad, fruit, or side dish for 6-8 people.

The program will begin at 6:45 p.m. The South Lake Tahoe Senior Center is located at 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
