SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — Sarah Renée Gore will present her new spring line, Sarah Renée, at Valhalla's Grand Ball Room at 5 p.m. June 26.
“I want this new line to represent my passion and growth as a designer,” Gore said. “I want women to feel excited and beautiful in my designs.”
Tickets to the show are $25 for those older than 21 and $15 for those younger. Children 10 and younger are free. The tickets include a complimentary glass of wine or beer, hors d'oeuvres and an after show dessert and wine pairing. Jerel Dutton will also perform at the show.
Living in Hawaii and St. Marteen inspired Gore to start a summer casual line called Surf Riders Gear. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, in 2002 and launched Sarah Renée in 2010.
“Sarah Renée embodies everything feminine, elegant, and modern,” Gore said. “This season brings dramatic draping, fabulous new prints, and luxurious silks. I feel I grow with every season and can't wait to share the beauty of this collection.”
Sarah Renée is currently an independent label that specializes in made to order woman's apparel, but Gore hopes to expand her business soon.
“I want women to come to me for one of a kind dresses, wedding gowns, or my runway designs,” states Sarah. ”I would like to expand to boutiques within the year as well.”
Gore's designs can be bought directly from www.etsy.com/people/sarahreneedesigns.
