Measure R is fair to taxpayers because no taxes are raised in this economy. Existing funds are shared equitably between bike paths and youth ball fields. Ball field improvements can go to enhance both boys and girls sports. And better softball fields attract more tournament visitors who will fairly share their vacation money with South Lake Tahoe! Sounds like a fairly great idea.
