Whitney Gardner of Whittell won in 1:00.14 and was followed by North Tahoe’s Nikki Caravelli and South Tahoe’s Maia Bickert. Incline junior Lorena Pfaender finished 29th.
On the boys’ side, Truckee swept the top five spots, with Patrick Romano leading the way in a time of 56.60. Freshman Ian Reeves led the Highlanders in 25th. Incline senior Davis Bedient, who is having a solid season to date, disqualified on his first run.
