Purim PartyThe public is invited to join the North Tahoe Hebrew Congregation (NTHC) and the Reno / Tahoe Jewish community for a Purim Party on Saturday, March 10, 6:30 p.m. at the Atlantis Ballroom in Reno, Nev.The party will include traditional Purim activities such as a costume contest for all ages with prizes, noise makers, and masks. Entertainment includes Israeli dancing and Middle Eastern music. Free round-trip passage on the cable car beginning at 7 a.m. will be offered to all attending the service without skis or snow boards. Light refreshment will be available for early arrivals at the mountain top. The 50-minute service will be led by Tim Foster, the Chapel’s music leader, the Rev.
