All-League softball, baseball | Incline's Grace Dolan voted Most Valuable Player

Incline senior shortstop and cleanup hitter Grace Dolan was awarded with the MVP honors in Mount Rose League All-Conference softball voting.

The selections were determined by the coaches in the 2A-3A-mixed Mount Rose League.

Aside from Dolan's highest honor, two Highlanders made the second team — sophomore Elise Nelson as an infielder and freshman Savannah McCunn at pitcher — while two received honorable mention recognition — junior Katie Orlady at catcher and sophomore Sarah Wright as an infielder.

Truckee's Jeremy Weber was voted Coach of the Year.

In baseball voting, junior Cam Powell received the Highlanders' highest honor with a selection to the first team as an infielder.

Incline freshman Tommy Dolan was voted to the second team as an infielder, and junior left-hander Chip Bouchard made the second team as a pitcher. Senior shortop Kyle Clouthier received honorable mention.

Truckee pitcher and shortstop Steven Baker was voted MVP, while Truckee's Mike Ellis was Coach of the Year.
