Several Incline softball and baseball players were honored with selections to their respective 2A All-State teams, led by Grace Dolan's first team status.
The awards were voted on by coaches.
In softball voting, Dolan, a senior shortstop and cleanup hitter, was named to the first team while her teammate, Elise Nelson, received honorable mention recognition.
Katie Nicholas of the state champion Yerington Lions was voted All-State MVP. Her coach, Sarah Cobb, was voted Coach of the Year.
Yerington also received the top two awards on the All-State baseball team, as Jarrod Adams was voted MVP and Stephen Schreibeis was voted Coach of the Year. The Lions won state for the second consecutive year.
Incline junior Cam Powell, who caught, pitched and played infield, led the Highlanders' selections with a spot on the All-State second team. Junior teammate Chip Bouchard, also a pitcher, catcher and infielder, received honorable mention.
