Sierra Sotheby's acquires Intero Real Estate in Incline

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — Sotheby's International Realty has purchased the Incline Village office of Intero Real Estate Services, officials announced Monday.

According to a Sotheby's press release, the location will now operate under the name Sierra Sotheby's International Realty, under the direction of Lake Tahoe Realtor Vince Scott, who had run the Intero branch.

“As Lake Tahoe continues to grow and develop, it is enjoying an even greater prominence around the world, making our affiliation with the Sotheby's International Realty brand all the more important and timely to our customers,” said Scott in a statement. “We now have a broader reach and more exposure to sophisticated buyers and sellers around the world. Operating under the Sotheby's International Realty brand will provide clients with exceptional service and results that they can't find anywhere else.”

There are now three SSIR offices, with locations in Squaw Valley and Zephyr Cove, according to the press release, employing 47 professional real estate brokers serving clients selling or purchasing a home anywhere in the Lake Tahoe area, as well as the surrounding areas of Reno, Carson Valley and Truckee (in both California and Nevada).

The Incline Village office is located at 937 Tahoe Blvd., No. 100. Call 775-832-4900 for all inquires, or visit for information.
