Jim Smith, Jim Hammerel, George Del Carlo, Bill Devine, Bea Epstein and Tim Callicrate and#8212; in that order and#8212; will battle it out for three seats on the Incline Village General Improvement Board of Trustees in November, according to unofficial June 12 primary election results from Washoe County.
