LAKE TAHOE and#8212; Tahoe Resource Conservation Districtand#8217;s new district manager, John Skeel, officially took over duties on July 19 at TRCDand#8217;s offices in South Lake Tahoe.

Skeel has 24 years of experience working with government organizations and not-for-profit agencies, focused primarily on community services, parks and recreation.

During this time, Skeel has managed multiple parks totaling hundreds of acres, as well as recreation centers, lakes and other facilities, receiving extensive experience in administrative, financial, planning, restructuring, staff development, marketing, special events, and public/private partnerships.
