Each day as I pass the construction of the roundabout at 431 and 28, I feel a sadness and a disgust. Just a little up the road on 431 there exists an inadequate (proven multiple times) truck ramp.

What are we as human beings (NDOT, local citizens) saying when we are willing to spend money on a pretty and#8220;gateway to Inclineand#8221; but not willing to spend the money on, or admit failure of, a failed truck ramp?
