and#8226; Monthand#8217;s supply of inventory is at a 13-month low for both homes and condos.
and#8226; The number of units sold for the first half of the year has been increasing since 2009.
and#8226; Median prices are back to about 2001 prices.

For months I have been saying, and#8220;smart buyers are buying now!and#8221; Because of reduction in inventory, and increasing prices, it is starting to be a good time to sell.
