and#8226; Nevada homes in Incline Village and Crystal Bay hit a low median price in November 2011. Condos hit a low median price in April 2012.

and#8226; Monthand#8217;s supply of inventory is at a 13-month low for both homes and condos.

and#8226; The number of units sold for the first half of the year has been increasing since 2009.

and#8226; Median prices are back to about 2001 prices.

and#8226; A base in the upper 300s for median home prices in California in four of the last 13 months. Median condo prices hit a low in October 2011.

and#8226; Months supply of inventory is trending lower for homes and probably condos.

For months I have been saying, and#8220;smart buyers are buying now!and#8221; Because of reduction in inventory, and increasing prices, it is starting to be a good time to sell.
