Billie Jo Ashley, 90, of Gardnerville, NV passed away recently of Congestive Heart Failure. She was born Dec. 15, 1921 in Texas to Joe and Irene Oliver.

She was a long time resident of South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Billie Jo is survived by her daughter Patricia Sankey-Rodoni, Son in Law Don Rodoni, sisters Janice Monasco, Janette Howerton, Imogene Gant, Earnestine Harty, and grandchildren Jason Watts, Lance and Jenna.

She had many friends and was also a longtime resident of San Francisco, CA. She worked as a secretary for banks and a life insurance company. Her last employment was at Harrah's in Stateline, NV.

She was also one of the first women in WWII who worked on a liberty ship as a "Rosie the Riveter" in Oregon.

She lived a good life and traveled and lived in the UK in the 60's.

A private memorial service was held in Cypress Lawn, Colma, CA
