I am writing as a longtime resident of Truckee and friend of David Gravell who is running for the Board of the Truckee Tahoe Public Utilities District. I have known Dave Gravell since 1979 when we started law school together.

I have known him personally and worked with him as well. Over the years I have learned that he is a person of honesty and integrity besides being intelligent and caring. I cannot think of a more qualified or better person to serve on the Board of Directors of the Public Utility District here in Truckee.

He is someone who understands the responsibilities of the position and is not afraid to take them on. I strongly support him in this endeavor. I urge everyone else to do the same and vote for David Gravell.
