INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - Prudential Sierra Nevada Properties, the residential real estate firm founded in 1979, 33 years ago, has opened an additional office located in Incline Village at 110 Country Club Drive. The new location is across from the Hyatt Regency Hotel and next to local Incline businesses including Austin's Bar and Grill.
"Prudential Sierra Nevada Properties' focus on the customer is the driving force behind the company's rapid growth. We go to great lengths to stay focused on what buyers and sellers need and want, so we can meet those expectations," said Darrell Plummer, Prudential Sierra Nevada Broker and Owner.
The opening of the new office reflects a larger trend of an upturn in the local real estate market; prices on single family homes increased 14.8 percent from this time last year, sales are up 20.2 percent from this time last year and a low inventory in the area has made it a seller's market (Incline Village Multiple Listing Service August 2012).
The new office's managing broker is Bob Wheeler, a familiar face in Incline since owning his own real estate firm and selling 500 properties in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay area over 25 years. "Prudential continues to expand its horizons with this new office while still providing the same unparalleled services Prudential customers have come to expect," said Wheeler.
"We see the opening of the new office as a positive sign in our community which felt the downturn in the economy most acutely," Plummer said. "We hope to have a positive impact on the local community with the office opening by offering career opportunities, superior client services and brand recognition."
