The rivalry between their alma maters will influence each dish presented throughout the evening.The menu crafted by the Hobdays includes: Cal oski salad with cured wild salmon, blackberries and watercress; Oregon duck potstickers with gold and green sauces; "Peaking" duck and bear claws with a strawberry canyon coulis.Tom will man the bar to create rivalry between themed libations including Oregon lemonade vodka spritzer with lime, as well as the Cal Golden Bear. Rivalry drinks will be counted to see which sells more and to see where the fan base truly lies.Feast on the full prix-fixed menu for $50 which includes appetizer, salad, entre and dessert.
