As a woman and a property owner in Incline Village, I am appalled and dismayed by the behavior shown by Trustee Weinberger at the Sept. 26 IVGID Board of Trustees meeting.

His repeated use of the "F" word and attacking behavior toward an employee in a public forum showed a total lack of respect to all IVGID employees, homeowners and the general public present. According to Mr. Weinberger, all IVGID employees should expect a greeting of "F" you in their normal routine of duties.

He then went on to say, after receiving such a greeting, if this is offensive to you, you should find another job. I certainly hope that the newly elected Board puts policies in place that protect the employees from such abusive behavior. Shame on you, Trustee Weinberger.
