I am endorsing Lisa Wallace, Mary Hetherington, and Tom Van Berkem for our Airport Board.

As our property taxes contribute over $4 million per year to the airport district I believe it is essential to have a balanced board. These three qualified community members along with the two pilots already on the Board strike a perfect balance of aviator expertise and community representation.

Because we have had a balanced board over the last eight years much has been accomplished at the Truckee Tahoe Airport, including airport facility upgrades, acquisition of open space in flight corridors, and the installation of a new flight tracking system to improve safety.

In order to continue moving forward with important airport related projects and also insure the interests of taxpayers, aviators and the region as a whole are represented please join me in voting for Lisa, Mary, and Tom.
