Blood drive to be held at Tahoe-Douglas Fire Station

A blood drive will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Tahoe-Douglas Fire Station.

Each unit of donated blood can save up to three lives, according to a press release.

The drive will take place from noon to 6 p.m. at the fire station on Elks Point Road. Reservations are not necessary, but can be made at www.bloodhero.com. To make a reservation, click on "Donate Blood," enter the code tahoefire, click on search, then select a time.
