Local businesswoman featured in pet industry catalog

TRUCKEE, Calif. - Cindy Hartzell, who operates runs HeartSoul Natural Animal Communication in Truckee, can be seen in the just-released Top Women in the Pet Industry "Holiday Biz Book." A publication for and about women in the pet industry, it highlights top women in the booming pet business.
