South Tahoe's U10 All-Star team turned in a great finish at the recent All-Star Tournament in Carson City. After finishing second in their pool, South Tahoe faced undefeated Truckee in the semifinals. Two goals by Lewis Marroquin sent the game to a shootout, which South Tahoe won with goals from Juliun Lomeli, Diego Rosas and Marroquin. Goalkeeper Andrew Lehmann stopped three shots for the 3-1 shootout win. Bishop escaped South Tahoe in the final game but this was a great effort from our local youth soccer players.
