TRUCKEE, Calif. - At its Tuesday meeting, the Truckee Town Council voted to reorganize heading into 2013 with two new members joining the council.
According to a press release from the town, Carolyn Wallace Dee will be the new mayor, while newcomer Patrick Flora will be vice mayor; Joan deRyk Jones, the town's mayor in 2012, along with Mark Brown and newcomer Alicia Barr are the other three council members.
Barr replaces outgoing member Barbara Green for a four-year term; Flora replaces outgoing member Richard Anderson, who will represent Truckee as a member of the Nevada County Board of Supervisors, for a two-year term.
