INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - At last it is the season of joy at Tahoe - snow always brings out the smiles on the locals and along with that we can experience all the visitors. We all love to see lots of ski wear in Raley's, and standing in the aisles we can learn many new things - like how many people a box of cereal will feed. Don't forget the visitors are all experienced winter drivers too - stay safe. Oh what joy!
I know everyone is ready for Diamond Peak to open and thanks to all our new snow, it is happening Thursday! Remember that the end of the world is tomorrow so you probably want to go today just in case. Plus it is the Passholder Appreciation barbecue Thursday.
Looking for a hideout while the visitors are out on the mountain? Go to the Rec. Center and work off the fruitcake.
Congratulations to Incline High's We The People Team for taking top honors in the district competition. This will allow the team the opportunity to head off to state competition. The team was supported at the competition by many past We The People Team members home from college: Sean McClelland, Erin Canino, Mitch Comstock, Justine Nelson, Julia Severance and Kelsey Tokanaga.
