OLYMPIC VALLEY, Calif. - A 71-year-old skier died Friday after hitting a tree at Squaw Valley, according to the Sacramento Bee.
According to an article by the newspaper, Squaw officials reported the man died at about 11 a.m. on the west face of KT-22. The man's name has not been released.
The resort said the man was wearing a helmet, according to the Bee article.
