Holiday happenings at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows

TAHOE, Calif. - Celebrate the holidays at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows with a host of events through Jan. 1Take part in the holiday cheer and enjoy Santa on the slopes, a lineup of merry holiday music, carolers, sleigh rides, a torchlight parade, on-mountain stocking hunt and more.The Village at Squaw Valley sparkles with cheerful holiday lights and shines with festive spirit while guests create lasting memories ice skating, shopping and enjoying mountaintop holiday feasts amid this classic winter wonderland.Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows offer snowtubing and mini snowmobiles, a family East Coast New Year's Eve toast, New Year's Eve fireworks and late-night parties.Olympic gold medalist and chief mountain host Jonny Moseley will be on the slopes skiing with guests for free, Dec. 26-31.
