North Tahoe crime logs, Oct. 26-Nov. 30

TAHOE CITY, Calif. - Below are select incidents from the Placer County Sheriff's Office press log for Oct. 26-Nov. 30.

Oct. 27

• At 3 p.m. on the 7000 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe Vista, an unknown suspect removed a framed picture off the wall from a business.

• At 4 p.m. on the 200 Block of North Lake Boulevard, an unknown suspect removed victim's iPad from a business.

Oct. 29

• At 10 a.m. on the 1000 Block of West Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City, an unknown suspect vandalized a "Pro Life" sign in front of a church.

Oct. 31

• At noon on the 8700 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach, an unknown suspect removed personal items out of victim's unlocked vehicle.

Nov. 1

• At 2:30 a.m. on the 300 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City, a female subject was arrested for drunk in public.

• At 11 a.m. on the 8700 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach, a report was taken for defrauding an innkeeper. A female left motel without paying her bill for two-week stay.

Nov. 3

• At 1a.m. on the 1800 Block Of Village Road in Olympic Valley, a citizen signed a private person's arrest form for a belligerent subject refusing to leave a bar. Officers found felony drugs on the belligerent subject during the booking process, drunk in public charges were also added it.

Nov. 7

• At 2 a.m. on the 10000 Block on Palisades Drive in Truckee, a report was taken of a possibly known suspect keyed a victim's vehicle.

Nov. 8

• At 9 a.m. on the 4000 Block of Interlaken Road in Homewood, a victim reported there were threatening messages left on his answering machine.

• At 11:30 a.m. on the 7800 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe Vista, a female suspect walked out of a store without paying for her groceries.

Nov. 11

• On the 5000 Block of Dodowah Road in Carnelian Bay, a landlord discovered a marijuana grow in his rental property.

Nov. 13

• Sometimes in the past 3 days on the 300 Block of Pioneer Way in Tahoe City, an unknown suspect removed a snow blower from the reporting party's yard and also removed a ring from inside the residence.

• At 3 p.m. on the 3000 Block of Watson in Tahoe City, a report was taken for a slashed tire.

Nov. 15

• Sometimes in September or October, on the 2700 Block of Lake Forest Road in Tahoe City, an unknown suspect vandalized victim's hydro-seeder.

Nov. 18

• At 11:30 p.m. on the 7800 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe Vista, a subject was turned over to California Highway Patrol for suspected DUI after speeding up, breaking so hard that he nearly lost control of the vehicle and ended up on the other side of the highway.

Nov. 19

• At 2 p.m. on the 8600 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach, sometime overnight, an unknown suspect took personal items out of unlocked vehicle.

• At 3 p.m. on the 1000 Block of Commonwealth Drive in Kings Beach, an unknown suspect drilled a hole in gas tank and removed gasoline.

Nov. 22

• At 10:45 a.m. on the 300 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City, a subject was arrested for leaving a service station without paying for a full tank of gas and a pack of cigarettes.

• At 11 p.m. on the 1200 Block of Alpine Way in Tahoe City, a male subject was arrested for drunk in public after a verbal dispute at a residence.

Nov. 23

• At 8 a.m. on the 8300 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach, officers took a report for a mutual assault, there was no prosecution desired.

• At 9:00pm in Northstar, an unknown suspect removed a snowboard from a ski rack.

Nov. 24

• At 7 a.m. on the 100 Block of Regency Way in Tahoe Vista, an unknown suspect stole a snowboard out of victim's unlocked vehicle.

• At 11 a.m. on the 1100 Block of Regency Way in Tahoe Vista, an unknown suspect removed personal items out of victim's unlocked vehicle.

Nov. 25

• At 9:30 a.m. on the 8100 Block of North Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach, an unknown suspect removed victim's laptop computer from his couch.

• At 2 p.m. on the 13000 Block of Ritz Carlton in Truckee, an unknown suspect removed victim's diamond ring from a hotel room.

Nov. 26

• At 12:30 a.m. on Highway 267 at Speckled Avenue in Kings Beach, a female subject was turned over to California Highway Patrol for suspected DUI.

• Sometimes overnight on the 400 Block of John Cain Drive in Tahoe City, an unknown suspect smashed window out of vehicle and stole a $2,000 bicycle.

• Sometimes overnight on Tahoma Avenue in Tahoe City, an unknown suspect removed personal items during a smash and grab.

Nov. 29

• At 3 a.m. on Regency Way at Kings Way in Tahoe Vista, a subject stuck in a ditch was turned over to California Highway Patrol for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Nov. 30

• On Highway 28 at Coon Street, an unknown suspect tagged the "Welcome to Kings Beach" sign.
