Crazy night Tuesday will celebrate locals in Crown Room

CRYSTAL BAY, Nev. - Concert-goers who keep one eye in the mirror can watch themselves gavotte during Locals' Appreciation Night in the Crystal Bay Casino Crown Room.

They also can sashay into the venue without having to pay the man named Jeff at the door. This free show featuring Mustache Harbor will start early at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8. It features happy hour prices all night long.

Mustache Harbor recently played the Crown Room to rave reviews. The band is presented by the same folks responsible for Tainted Love, the Spazmatics and Love Fool.

Mustache Harbor is a group of dedicated and talented musicians brought together by their astrological signs and a love for vintage soft rock and sweet stashes.

Formed in Northern California, Mustache Harbor is composed of Steven Moon on Keys, (whose spiritual experience as a limo driver for Michael McDonald fueled his desire to play soft rock); Pat Vornado on bass ... yes, that Pat Vornado; Russ "Solid" Gold out of Biscayne Bay on drums; "Pretty" Rick Dallas on guitar; and Dan "The Man" Kingsford on vocals, acoustic guitar and overall frontman-ness.

According to press materials, the band's mission is simple: "to build a mustache army capable of creating a soft rock explosion the likes of which has not been seen since the days when Christopher Cross, Steely Dan, Ace, Kenny Loggins and The Little River Band, to name but a few, created A.M. Gold."
