Our family would like to publicly acknowledge the great work done by the Diamond Peak Ski Patrol, especially Dennis, Pat, Mike and their dispatcher.

Our 13-year-old son and a friend accidentally skied out of bounds recently while traversing the upper runs along the ridge, got disoriented and lost. Fortunately, they were able to call us and we were able to sleuth out approximately where they might be.

Thanks to the Diamond Peak Ski Patrol who were able to put together a search team that were able to locate them as evening descended. We appreciate their professionalism and hard work it getting these boys out of a very tough situation. For that we are extremely grateful.
