The League to Save Lake Tahoe will host its second annual Fat Tuesday Masquerade Ball fundraiser on Feb. 12.
The League has teamed up with Groovebox, 4 Piece Puzzle and DJ Phesko to present the ball, which will also feature Lauren Lindley Photography's free photo booth and a costume contest. Costume contest winners will receive prizes from Keep Tahoe Blue, Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort and Tahoe Blue Vodka.
Doors will open at 9 p.m. and the music will begin at 10 p.m. at the American Legion hall, 2748 Lake Tahoe Blvd. The event is scheduled to last until 1:30 a.m. Admission costs $10 per person; however, anyone who arrives wearing a Mardi Gras mask will be admitted for $5. Ten percent of the proceeds will benefit the League to Save Lake Tahoe.
