On the Hill: Much-needed snow delivered

On the Hill, brought to you by the Tahoe Center for Orthopedics, brings you a video report showcasing Tahoe's ski conditions every day.

Breakdown: Join Tahoe 'On the Hill' reporter Matt Hardy for a snowy run down West Ridge>Luggis>Lumberjack> Main Street> to the Village Run at Northstar. 14 lifts spinning, 25 trails open (21 groomed).

Northstar’s official report: 0" overnight, 0" in last week.

Field report: 2” fresh snow over groomed trails with low visibility.

Weather: Snowy, with temperatures in the 20’s -- high of 31 today.

Liftline status: The Gondola and Comstock Express had no lines.

Snowcast: Maybe receive 1 to 2 inches of snow the rest of today. Temps will be cold with highs staying in the 20s. Then the ridge builds back in off the coast warming temps and keeping us dry into next week. Another inside slider system may bring some colder air for Christmas Day. Still no big storms on the horizon.
