On the Hill: Storm moving in

On the Hill, brought to you by the Tahoe Center for Orthopedics, brings you a video report showcasing Tahoe's ski conditions every day.

Breakdown: Join Tahoe 'On the Hill' reporter Matt Hardy for a top to bottom run down Squaw Valley. Ten lifts spinning, 13 trails open (9 groomed).

Squaw Valley official report: 0" overnight, 0" in last week

Field report: Very warm today as the storm moves in.

Weather: Cloudy with temperatures in the 50s becoming colder throughout the day.

Liftline status: No lines.

Snowcast: The NWS hoists the Winter Storm Watch flag as we await what could be the biggest storm in over 13 months. 1-2 Feet expected. The rain/snow starts Wednesday night, changing to snow Thursday and lasting into Friday. Cold air over the weekend with a chance of snow showers Sunday.
