Chamber dinner set for Friday

The South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce will conduct its 48th annual installation dinner May 30 at the Horizon Casino Resort. Ken Daley will be installed as the 2003-2004 president of the SLTCC Board of Directors in a coronation fit for any king.

All chamber members are invited to put on their Hawaiian clothes and join King Kenmayamaya for a traditional Hawaiian Luau. Also included in the evening events will be the 2003 SLTCC Business Awards presentation, a silent auction, entertainment by Entertainment Plus, the Tahoe Jugglers and dancing to The Rip Tides.

No-host cocktails and silent auction begin at 6 p.m. followed by the Hawaiian Luau buffet at 7 p.m. Tickets are $37.50 per person. For reservations and payment call the chamber at (530) 541-5255.
