Chamber thanks Treat Street participants

The South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce wants to thank Danny Freeman, owner of Pine Cone Acre Motel, KOWL and KRLT radio, and the city of South Lake Tahoe fire and police departments for their help with Halloween Night Treat Street.

Many individuals and business that participated in Treat Street 2009 included Bob Attinger, David and Karen Borges, D.C., Leteicia Hansen of Mary Kay, Wendy David, Pete McRoberts, Sue Novasel, Duane and Tami Wallace, Scotty’s Hardware, David Kurtzman, Grocery Outlet, Sierra House PTA, Tahoe Valley PTO, Tahoe Pool Service, Eric Shafer, Kiwanis Club of Lake Tahoe, Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra, JoAnn Conner of Pre-Paid Legal and ID Shield, Food Bank, Dr. Doyle and staff, Staples and Tahoe Discount Mattress.

Treat Street 2009 is an event that gives an estimated 2000 children in our community a safe and protected environment to enjoy Halloween.
