College interim vice president to act as president

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Lake Tahoe Community College’s Susan Middleton, interim vice president of Academic Affairs and Student Services, will serve as the institution’s acting president through Aug. 31.

The college’s board of directors decided Tuesday to appoint Middleton to the post according to board policy.

If Middleton is absent from campus during her period of service Sue Niehoff, Vice President, Business Services, will act as chief administrator of the college.



Current president Paul Killpatrick accepted the job of president of Seattle Central Community College. His last day at LTCC will be July 16.
