Elder caregiving class available

Elder Options is offering a small group intensive, “Giving Effective Help for Your Parents,” a class for adult children concerned about caregiving issues for their older parents. Offered once a week for three weeks, the sessions will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays beginning June 4 at the Elder Options Training Center, 535 Main St., Placerville. Carol S. Heape, MSW, CMC, Director of Elder Options will teach the interactive intensive designed to help with planning, safety and financial concerns of aging.
