Guest speaker for snowmobilers

Don Amador, western representative for the Blueribbon Coalition, will be the special guest speaker at the March 13 meeting of the Lake Tahoe Snowmobile Association. The motto of the coalition is “Preserving Our Natural Resources FOR the Public Instead of FROM the Public.

The meeting will take place at the Lakeside Inn & Casino Timber Topper Room in the Timber House Restaurant, 158 Highway 50, Stateline. Dinner off the menu starts at 6 p.m. and the meeting will get under way at 7:15 p.m.

The club meets the second Thursday of the month October through April, with additional summer activities. The club promotes safe riding, group rides and family activities in addition environmental and political issues to keep riding areas open to snowmobiling.
